Origin:
Sungold kiwifruit, also known as yellow kiwifruit, originated from New Zealand.

Availability:
Sungold kiwis are typically available from June to November, with peak availability during the summer months.

How to Select:
Choose Sungold kiwis that are slightly soft to the touch, indicating ripeness. Avoid kiwis that are overly soft, wrinkled, or have blemishes.

Storage:

• Room Temperature: Ripen firm kiwis at room temperature for a few days.
• Refrigeration: Once ripe, refrigerate kiwis to extend their shelf life for up to one week.

Freezing:
To preserve kiwis for a longer time, you can freeze them. Peel and slice the kiwis, then place them in a single layer on a baking sheet to freeze. Once frozen, transfer to a sealed container or freezer bag.

Shelf Life:
